Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at [your email] with a photo and your order number.

Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
